This link, is to the User Manual for the Envision H 819 TFT LCD monitor,

Under the User Manual heading, you will see ->

To the right of that is -> cache <- in blue. Click on -> cache
The Envision user manual, plainly states that the Envision H 819 monitor, is a TFT monitor.
