Question about Apple iPod touch
Hi, thanks for responding to my message, but I checked on-line at apple.com and looked for an Apple store nearest me. Only one showed up, and it said that they only accept Mac carry-in. Should I call them, to see if they will make appointment.
Yes, they should have apple products and your ipod is an apple product. ask if they have a genius bar.
if they don't they may be able to send the ipod for repair, but chances are they will give you a replacement right there.
call and find out.
it's worth your time and effort

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
