my watch always runs about 10 min. slow while wearing it within a 24hr span,but seems to keep the correct time while just sitting around on the table..any suggestions??

I have the same problem.

I am having CASIO G-SHOCK 4799 [GIEZ... My issue is the time set automatically by Worldtime server is 10min slow compared to the exact time. Is is possible to manually adjust it. Please help me... I am residing in Bangalore-India.
