You need to make sure you have 24 volts out of the secondary of the transformer. if you do, make sure that your thermostat is calling for cooling. you'll have 24 volts between the y and c terminals on your board at the furnace.

Intermittent Intermatic Pool Timer T40003RT3 The pool timer is 220v but only one 110v 20amp breaker in the breaker box to the pool equipment and when it is off the pump will not run in manual mode.

http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-Intermatic-control-centers.html

http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-control-centers-and-manuals.html#RT3

RT3 series has T104 240 volt timer -or- T103 120 volt timer, -plus- low voltage transformer for pool light.
The circuit breaker can be used for transformer, or another outlet or nearby light etc, or it can be used for a T103 120 volt timer.
To trace the wire back to breaker box.... open you main panel and start turning off breakers one at a time and label the panel.
See if you have single breaker or double breaker supplying power to pool equipment.

It's 110v model and I want to run it on 230v. If I use a transformer what rating would you reccomend. If I try to convert to 230v what would I need to do. Also can you point me to an operations manual....

You need the total amperes of the refrigerator and multiply by the refrigerator volts to get voltamps, then choose a transformer that is rated at least 120% of the voltamps of the refrigerator. e.g. refrigerator runs at 120 volts and 7.5 amperes, 120 x 7.5 is 900, then 120% of 900 is 1080. A transformer of at least 1080 VA (volt amps) that is 220-240 volts primary and 120 volts secondary. 1080 volt amps is same as 1.08kva (kilo volt amps).

How many volts should my Emerson quiet kool 14500 btu transformer put out. I plug it up ,the bord beeps but nothing else happens . Ive got 120 ac going in but only like 2 dc out ??

2 DC out is way to low. There is nothing that I know of that runs on the amount except for a CPU. So with the being the case you probably cannot get just the transformer especially if it is on the main control board. Can you provide the model number of the whole thing?

12 volt lights not running on shore power ,just running off battery. but 120 outlets working fine.

check the fuse for the 12 volt system. Check wiring for the 12 volt side of the transformer and check if you are getting 12 volt out of the transformer.

I have a electric dryer Model WED5810SW0 THAT I WAS TOLD I COULD CONVERT TO 120V from 240v is this true and if so how do i do this?

If you consider doing this the first thing is SHUT THE MAIN BREAKER OFF. Use an auxiliary light source to see when working in a dead panel. Always keep in mind an ARC FLASH ACROSS HOT MAINS HAS ENOUGH HEAT TO PEAL THE SKIN OFF OF YOU. Before an explanation of how to do it you should keep in mind that this is for a single receptacle only. If any other receptacles are on the same circuit they will also be changed to 240 volt receptacles and if you plug any 120 volt device into them, the 120 volt device will be destroyed. That said OK, any 120 volt outlet can be changed to 240 volt by removing the 120 volt circuits neutral, re identifying the white wire with red or black phase tape and connecting it to a new 2 pole 15 amp breaker. The maximum that this circuit will now load up to is, on #14 wire at 80% = 12 amps at 240 volts. The 120V receptacle must be changed to a 15A - 240V receptacle so that 120 volt devices can not be plugged into it. Never use 2 single pole breakers together because code requires that on a fault trip both legs of the 240V circuit must be disconnected simultaneously. Voltage converter buying guide. Voltage Transformer Buying guide.Voltage converters also known as voltage transformers are devices that convert foreign electricity to power devices from different parts of the world. A step down voltage converter is a 220 to 110 volts converter. A step up converter is a 110 volts to 220 volts converter. Our 2-way converters are voltage transformers that convert power from both 220 to 110 volts and 110 to 220 volts. They also work with 100 volts, 110 volts, 120 volts, 220 volts and 240 volts. This model is a 2 way voltage converter / voltage transformer available in many different sizes including 100 watts, 200 watts, 300 watts, 500 watts, 750 watts, 1000 watts, 1500 watts, 2000 watts, 3000 watts and 5000 watts.

I have a dayton 3e228d wont fire up tried jumpin the t-stat still nothing

Hello, the first thing is determine if you are getting 24 volts at the W and C terminal on the intergrated control board on a call for heat. If not I would suspect a bad transformer. if you are getting 24 volts but the inducer motor is not running than check for a 120 volts at the inducer motor if you are getting 120 volts to the inducer and it does not start than it is bad and must be replaced. however if you are not getting 120 to the inducer than most likley your control board is bad and must be replaced.

The codes on my Armana furnance is saying I have a open primary. How can I fix this?

If you have an open primary wire, this means the transformer, or one of the Hot wires coming into the unit may be tripped. Check your breakers to see. If it is the transformer at the furnace, the primary side is the 120 volt side of the transformer. The 24 volt side will be dead due to this, as it is the secondary side. If you find you have power going to the indoor unit, but nothing is working, you will need to replace the control transformer. It is 120 Volts primary side X 24 volts on the secondary side. They only cost about $20.00 and are easy to change out. Primary side you will have a blk and wht wire. You may have several wires on the other side, but it will tell you in the directions which 2 wires to use to get 24 volts, very east to do. Look on the diagram and it will show you where the transformer is at the start of the run on the furnace. Again, it may be a blown fuse if you have a fuse box, or a tripped breaker. It will be the incoming side, that is the primary. Please rate me on my help to you.

We regularly repair these GE / Samsung boards from customers nationwide with just such problems for $32.50. If it's too bad off, we can get this board (# WB27X10466 remanufactured) for $145. A new board runs about $180. We would need the full model number with suffix.
