First of all you try reinstalling the software.
uninstall the software from your computer and then restart your computer after that install the software again.

we were unable to finish the converse, but anyway i follow up you in here..

i find an update PLAY Software Update v1.0.056 (includes RTAS support)
This update is for the standalone and plugin versions of the PLAY software
