Remote control hi. im having a problem wth my remote control.I already change the battery and still not workng i couldnt control the volume the option that i want,and is not workng to the remote..please kindly help me how to operate..thank you..
Hi..my problem was fixed already.I just unpluged my reciever in few hours like abuot 3 hours.And then when i came back,i tried to plug in and its work..this is the way that ived than..thank you again.

I have the same problem, NOTHING to do with batteries.BUT if you press the that blinking (red) button and hold it down and THEN press the option you want (channel +/-, volume +/- etc) the controls work. Im looking for an answer aswell to return it to its previous state where I dont have to do that!
1= Retigh the springs contact batteries very well 2= Change the new batteries by alkalines 3= Open the remote and clean the keypad with special spray contact cleaner, and try again. 4= If the problem persist, you must go to the repair shop,or to buy a new one. God bless you
Hello, it sounds like you may need a replacement remote. Normally if the volume button was not working at all you would probably just need to readdress the remote to the TV but in this case the remote does work sometimes. Try changing the batteries if you have not already done so. If you have changed the batteries and are still experiencing this issue you will need a replacement remote. Plz check for 2springs in battery compartment are equally touching the back of the battries if not jut hold up the spring by a pin and put the baatery in place ur remote willstart workng

First confirmed if you're remote control working or not by pointing the infrared emitter to the camera of your cellphone.
