It is hung up, just says "transferring from the camera" for over 45 minutes

On pages 44-45 and page 77, the manual discusses sending a Picture Message using a picture taken with your camera as an email attachment (if you have the needed service plan).
I could not find instructions for downloading pictures directly to your computer. Perhaps you can contact Customer Care for more information (toll-free) at 1-888-987-HELP (4357).
