As a 14 year veteran, Certified Master Spa Technician, and Factory authorized warranty tech for nearly every manufacturer of either spas or components, and one of the only infrared sauna control system remanufacturers in the US, please verify the following:
Do you have power to the outlet where this sauna is plugged into, or is it hardwired? If it is hardwired, is the breaker on? If the breaker is on, do you have power to the sauna controls? IF you have power to the controls, and you still cannot turn it on, you will need more technical assistance than can be given here.

Check transformer. But always check for the obvious, plugged in? Burned fuse? Tripped circuit breaker at the panel?
I had a customer that had a 120 Volt unit plugged into a outlet that was not dedicated... That outlet was on the same circuit as her master bath outlets. One of the outlets had the GFCI buttons on it (little rectangular red & black buttons, newer ones today are both white: Test/Reset) anyway it was tripped. When it was reset, the sauna was working again.
