Blinking complete light on a 66513292K015--won't go off and dishwasher won't complete cycle

Your heating element might be the culpret. It heats the water for sanitize cycle.

Unfortunately you did not specify the model dishwasher so I'll give you a general answer.
(The indicator light, straight from Washing moves to completion stage where the light blinks rapidly) I believe you means the "End LED" (LED 3) blinks rapidly. If this is true and according to your description of failure (no drying, no rinsing) I think that appeared alarm AL04. It means the thermistor (NTC) not compliant - probable failure of the component that detects the temperature .
I suggest you to check: thermistor NTC, wiring and electronic.

Rapidly flashing any combination of four LED diode means failure.

Based on your post I understand your dishwasher is a Kenmore and the clean light is flashing and it won't start, correct ?
If so, this is usually an error code indicating there was a problem in the heating process the last cycle it ran, however if you could provide the complete model number I could speak specifically to whether it applies to your machine and potentially what to do about it.

While I don't have access to my PC files at the moment as I am on my iphone, I believe this is the procedure for most B/S/H/ built dishwashers ( that means Bosch, Thermador, Siemens and Gaggenau ). To Enable or Disable the Cycle Completion Signal... 1. Open the door, hold down the ?Quick Wash? button and simultaneously turn the Dishwasher on. The ?Quick Wash? light will blink (program mode). 2. While the light is still blinking, push the ?Quick Wash? button. ? If the machine beeps, then the Cycle Completion Signal has been enabled. ? When you push the button again and it doesn?t beep, it means that the Cycle Completion Signal has been disabled. 3. Turn the Dishwasher off to take it out of program mode. 3. Turn the Dishwasher off to take it out of
program mode.

reset the dishwasher by touching heated dry and normal let it run through that cycle then through a normal cycle got the error blink again. Reset dishwasher by touching heated dry and normal, ran the test cycle, next ran a normal cycle but turned off the heated dry. This allowed the dishwasher to run through a complete cycle did not get the error blink and confirmed that the heating element was out.

WHIRLPOOL ADP 8540 dishwasher has blinking light on all the time (blinking in cycles of 4). When you turn it on (by holding the button down for around 4 seconds) it wont complete the cycle and you need to keep restarting it. can anyone let us know what the problem may be. Thank you

I just read this for the same problem: push sanitize, then heat and dry, sanitize, heat and dry, sanitize, heat and dry, cancel, then open and close the door. It worked. The dishwasher is running correctly even as I type this.
