I do not know without seeing what is happening. Does it tell you to slide to unlock, if so there is a password. Try 0000 or 9999. You can get help from your local carrier when you activate it. Here are some links that may help.
DVDXCOPY has been shut down for many years, their are a few people still selling it knowing it can't be activated. Their were a few sites that carried activation codes that worked. In all reality its not a very good program, I started out using it and switched to DVDFAB Platinum and haven't found anything it wouldn't copy, it also shrinks long movies to fit on a 4.7 DVD.
