That's mean printer is working fine, Download
HP Printing Diagnostic Utility and run. Find out the errors which appear after run Diagnostic Utility.
If you still facing then try to updete printer driver or software.
Use Device Update
- Do one of the following:
- Double-click the update .exe file you downloaded from the HP Web site.
- When prompted by the Software Update utility, accept the device update. The Device Update Wizard opens on your computer.

At the Welcome screen, click Next.The Select a Device screen displays.

Select your HP All-in-One from the list, and then click Next.The Important Information screen displays.
- Make sure your computer and device meet the requirements listed.

If you meet the requirements, click Update.A progress bar or other such designator displays.
- Do not disconnect, shut down, or otherwise disturb the HP All-in-One while the updateis occurring.

I hope it will fix the issue. After doing all these things if you still facing the same problem then you need to download printer driver and installed on your computer.
First you have to check which operating system is used with your product? And download software from here ( you need to download HP Full Feature Software and Drivers)
Uninstall the softwareMethod one 1.
Disconnect the HP All-in-One from the computer.
2.
Click Start , Programs or All Programs , point to Hewlett-Packard , then HP PSC 1500 All-in-One series , and then click Uninstall software .
3.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
4.
If asked to remove shared files, click No . Other programs that use these files might not work properly if the files are deleted.
5.
Restart the computer.
Method twoUse this method if the Uninstall Software option is not available in the Windows Start menu.
1.
Click Start , point to Settings , and then click Control Panel .
2.
Double-click Add/Remove Programs .
3.
Select HP PSC & OfficeJet 4.5 , and then click Change/Remove . Follow the on-screen instructions.
4.
Disconnect the HP All-in-One from the computer.
5.
Restart the computer.
Then reinstall the printer driver again.
