Question about Whirlpool Dryers
Whirlpool Electric Dryer LE5600SWO--I replaced a defective heating element and need help with reconnecting the wire to the sensors and heating element. I forgot to mark the wires.The top sensor has two wires the FH1 ( red w/white stripe and FH3 red). What wire is on the left and what wire goes on the right of the sensor?T he sensor (T-0-D60T11 P/N 3390291) near the base of the heating element has two wires HS5 (red) and HS1 Red with white stripe what wire goes on the right side and what wire goes on the left side? Note:The heating element has two wires H1 and H2 what wire goes on the terminal and what wire goes on the bottom terminal. The HS3 wire is also the H1 wire! Thank you

I'm not familiar with this specific Dryer, but in most of them you can find their wiring diagram glued under the upper panel or the rear panel. Good luck !

the thermal cut off wires do not matter how you put them on.. The high limit is wired in series with the heating element.one red thick wire to element the wh/red top side of the high limit stat out of the high limit sat(other side) then goes to the other side of the heating element

The wire terminals may be different sizes, to only go on one way. If not, no big deal....the radiant sensor acts just like an in line switch, so it really will not affect the operation whichever way the wires go on.
