Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I have an HP 6120 series printer. The resume light is constantly flashing and the printer will not print. There is no jammed paper. Turning the printer and computer off and on again does not solve it! Help! Kath
I had a similar problem with my Photoshop 7150. I tried lifting the latches up on the two print cartridges and then replacing them and the printer came back to life. Don't know why this worked or whether or not it will solve your problem, but, who knows, maybe it will. Good luck.

Tips for a great answer:

This light sequence means that the printer prompts you to load a single sheet of print media in the manual feeder. What you can do is load paper into the manual feeder and press Continue to resume printing. Press and hold Cancel to reset the printer.
