the model # is not on the radio. I can't find the H and M buttons. It is a sony radio 4 yrs. old. You can push the open button on the top right and the radio folds open. The mode button is on the bottom left. The volume buttons are tiny dots that are pressed on the left side--increase volume on top and decrease volume on bottom. Tuning--tiny dot buttons on right--upper right goes up dial and bottom right goes down dial. I am trying to describe the radio for you.
