Three of us are united in this problem. In a two way video conversation we get good video both ways, but sound only one way. It appears to be random who gets the sound. We have tried installing - uninstalling. We have checked the sound and video functions on both ends. We have put the Cameras on different computers. two are running XP home, one is running Vista - both have the same problem. Occasionally, we will get the sound and video both ways - that also appears to be random, as nothing different was done. Is this a port problem? It's exasperating to say the least. It also happens when two cameras are VX 3000 and when one camera is Logitech, and when two cameras are Logitech

I have lost the Software/driver/CD for my USB Degital Webcam. I want to download the same from your site but sorry to mention that I am trying for the last 2 days but no response from your site. Instead you ask for unrelated things.
See section C. Windows LiveMessenger in the info below to setup the Audio & Video. Also send this to your familyand friends so they have there computer setup properly. Web Camera’s have to besetup on the program they are to be used with.Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up tobroadcast on messengers or Skype. Each program has Options that have to be setup in order forthe Audio and Video to function properly.
In msn live click on show menu then tools option for cam setup
If that don't work click again show menu then actions then video then show my webcam or start video conversation.
If taht does'nt work then I would assume it's something in your camera setup itself
make sure you check your mic/cam settings on the chat server you are using. I had the same problem and found that although it was configured correctly on the comp,my msn settings were different.also make sure that the mic on the 3000 is enabled.
Make sure that the camera is set up in the Windows Live programme or MSN depending on what you or your friend use.
Setting the cam up with the software you get with it is as neccassary as setting it up to use in MSN or Live.
Go to the tools tab and then web cam settings to calibrate the audio and video.
