Try waiting awhile this happed to me and I let it sit for a couple days and then it worked fine. See if you can drain the battery and then try pluging it in

Hi Wakeskater,

I got a feeling it has possibly been  Bricked. This means someone was loading a Upgrade or Adding a program and inerupted the progress in the middle of loading.  The Bios truips out and the PSP dies. Basically becoming a paper weight or Brick. This is what htey refer to as Bricked.  I am not saying yours definitely is. .

Remove the battery, and use paper towel folded over a toothpick  and dampen the paper with Rubbing alcohol.  Rub the contacts of the battery to see if that gets the connection made.

No. The PSP should work without a battery as long as its plugged into the mains. Does the red or green light illuminate when switched on? Maybe he sold you a 'brick'.

Friend asked to store Aston Martin Vantage8 in my garage for a few months, and will need to plug in a trickle charger. What does the trickle charger do? and how much will it add to my electric bill?

Trickle chargers keep the battery fully charged.
They usually have a small cube-shaped transformer with a cord and plug or alligator clips.
If you look on the cube part label it will tell you the "wattage" , probably around 20 watts or similar.
This means while it's in use it draws 20 watts through your electric meter, the device that calculates your electric usage/bill.
You are charged for kilowatt hours.
To calculate how many kilowatt hours the trickle is using
multiply 20 X 24 hours X 31 days in a month .
Or 14,880 about 15 kilowatt hours a month.
In Florida a KWH is about 12 cents so it would cost you about $1.80 a month to trickle charge.

My iPhone 4 is a few months old and last night it suddenly stopped charging. Of course i didn't realize it until my phone died during the day today and i tried plugging it in and wouldn't ch

The charge adapter maybe faulty.
If your cell phone is a few months old, then it would be still under warranty. Take it back to the place where you purchased it and have it repaired or replaced under warranty.

My son has had his psp 3000 2 1/2 months. Today it will not turn on, even though it shows the power button lighting up green. When it is charging it is orange, but the screen will not turn on, and there is...

Hi mkenney4,
Try taking out the battery and putting it back in. You may also take out the battery all together and just run it off the AC power adapter, if both these methods fail, then it is something wrong with the PSP. Bring it to an authorized Sony shop for repairs. It should still be under warranty because it is only 2 1/2 months - dont forget to bring your receipt.

I bought voyager pro last month. Today the headset will not charge. Was plugged in all night and it tells me that I have an hour of talk time. I tried plugging into the automobile charger and the red light...

Since you bought it last month I am hoping you have a warranty on the headset. It may be that it is just a bad battery, and the batteries are not replaceable. Sometimes that happens straight out of the package, but not very often. It could have been due to heat or cold damage. Check your connections again, maybe try a different outlet, and is it plugged into the headset correctly?

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Who or how do you contact when your psp go does not even come on, even after you charge it? Whe only had the psp go for about 2 months. My daughter baught it from a game stop. We did not drop it, get it...

You have mentioned that you have bought it just for 2 months and you don't know what actually happened to the PSP. So, please don't waste the time anymore and go to that Game Stop today and report the problems to them because your PSP is still in the Warranty Period.

Playstation portable, psp, will not turn on, will not charge, charging light does not come on., like it's dead

The battery is dead need to purchase new battery or the battery is not accepting charge when you plug in your power cord. If you can borrow your friend's battery to check your psp. If still the same, the problem would be the motherboard itself and need for replacement or repair.
