First thing to check would be your circuit. Fryers take a lot of amperage. I am guessing you need at least a 20 amp circuit for this fryer and if you are running it on a 15 amp circuit it is going to pop all of the time.
Hi There.
Check and ensure that the unit receives correct gas pressure during operation as written on nameplate; make sure that the unit also has the correct orifice size for the type of fuel currently used.
Regards.
Hi there! Reset button of hi-limit switch will only pop-out when its sensing bulb sensed temperature higher tha 450F (trip temperature of hi-limit). Theramostat may be bad allowing oil to reach temp above 450F causing hi-limit to trip-off or hi-limit itself is bad tripping-off at temperature lower than 450F. Check also the position of the sensing bulb of the hi-limit, it may be positioned touching the heat tube (for gas fryer) or heating element (for electric fryer) that's why it prematurely trips-off. Regards.
Hi there. Check the sensing bulb of the hi limit device, it may be touching the heating element that's why it trips prematurely especially when you put load on fryer. If this does not correct the problem, your hi limit device may need replacement.
No. You are probably having a thermal safety switch failure. It measures the heat from the flame, and when its hot enough, it tells the gas valve to stay open. It's a safety feature to turn off the gas if the flame blows out, keeps things from going boom. Can't find a parts diagram to verify part numbers, or a manual to be certain. Typically, the red switch is to be held up til the flame is going, after lighting the flame, then released once flame is lit, 5-10 seconds is usually enough.
Your psp is in Flash 0 mode. To take it of Flash 0 mode you turn off your psp completely. Once thats done you want to hold the R button and turn on the psp while holding R. This will take you to recovery mode. Only do the step that tells you to click Flash 0
