Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How to install my mother board on internet coz my oudio is not playing no sounds

You need to search for your motherboards make/model. If you have a pre-con unit eg a dell or hp go to their website and go to support.

From there it will ask you for your make/model and you will be able to get your audio drivers from there...

If your computer was built for you not by a major manufacture then you will need to know the make/model of your motherboard...

Once youve accomplished this you can make a free account at www.driverguide.com and search their database for the drivers for your specific unit.

The volume icon appears randomly on my screen while I am using the computer and will not turn off. To get it 'off' I have to restart my computer. Very irritating.

Well, just noticed, it is Dell Studio. I would recommend below mentioned things, I would suggest reinstalling of the driver. Before you do that, please make sure to know, what sound card is installed on your PC and download the relevant driver from Dell Support site. Go to dell.com/support and click on "Drivers and Downloads". Enter the "Service Tag" of your laptop and Click "Go". Download the audio drivers from "Audio Category"
Step 1: Right click on My Computer Icon and Go to properties
Step 2: If on Vista, from left hand side "Click on Device Manager"
Step 3: Go to "Sound, Video" and select the relevant list item and uninstall the driver by pressing a right click...
Step 4: Once the uninstall is complete, reinstall the downloaded driver from Dell.
this should eliminate the Drivers' issue and if it still doesn't work, it may be the hardware issue..Just let me know, how this goes..Please feel free to message me, if you need any assistance...
thanks,

Need sound driver for sony vaio model PCG-Z1RGP

Not sure what operating system you are using, but a quick Google search came up with this:

Sony does not offer audio drivers for this computer.

?

However, they do offer this:

Problem/Question:

Err Msg: Cannot play back the audio stream: no audio hardware is available, or the hardware is not responding.

Solution/Answer:

Please check if there is any exclamation mark (!) displayed in Sound, video and game controllers under Device Manager. If there is any exclamation mark (!) in the Sound Driver Devices, please reinstall the sound driver with the steps below:

1. Start up the computer.
2. Insert the last disc of the set of Recovery CD-ROM into the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive.
3. Double-click My Computer and double-click the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive
4. Double-click the VAIO folder and search for the Audio folder in the Device folder.
5. Double-click the Audio folder and double-click Setup.exe
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Sound Driver.
7. After the installation is completed, remove the Recovery CD-ROM from the drive and restart the computer.

* If the problem persists after reinstallation of the Sound Driver, please follow the steps below to check if there is any latest device driver upgrades:

In the Downloads section, please select Notebook and proceed with the steps below:
1. Move the cursor to the relevant Notebook Series and click the model of the VAIO computer.
2. Locate any latest Sound drivers and proceed as per instructions on the screen.

* If the problem persists after performing the device driver upgrade, please contact the local Sony VAIO Helpdesk. For more information on how to contact your local Sony VAIO Helpdesk, please refer to either Customer Service Guide or Warranty Card that comes with the computer, or visit the Support Network of the VAIO website.

No sound

go to http://support.dell.com and download the relevant drivers ( you will need flash and or shockwave installed to be able to select the drivers download section so if you dont see anything except a black box at the top then you need flash and shockwave installing.

Once you have those installed ( you will need to close your web browser closing to do that most likely ). restart your web browser afterwards and go to the above site.

Download the relevant audio driver, install and reboot and that should allow you to get sound.

If not post back ( the obvious things to check is the audio muted ) double click on the little speaker icon in the system tray near the system clock and check there.

Also if you right click on my computer --> properties --> hardware tab --> device manager and see if there are any yellow exclamation marks near any hardware ( especially the sound card / audio section and if there are it means you need to install the drivers for those pieces of hardware )

No sound/audio , dvd rom driv stuck.

1. Downloading the latest drivers pretty much is always the first advice that will be given for computer problems. If device manage is reporting device drivers are not installed then there is your answer. I did have a quick search and can't find your particular computer.

http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html

2. Have you tried going into 'My Computer' right clicking the drive and selecting eject? Does the drive work at all, is there a disk in there?
