Won't print black!

Added a new black cartridge and will not print.

Hello, I just changed my color cartridge, and now it won't print black. Even if I put in my preferences to print color images in black. Instead, everything prints in green. I have cleaned the cartridges using the computer. Any ideas?

Black print started to fade. Cartridge status showed black was 50% filled.
Black continued to fade until it disapeared. Tried all fixes offered on computer... nothing works. Took cartridge out and blew in vent hole.. ink appeared at dispensing point. Put cartridge back in printer and tried again.
Got color print but not a sign of black. With so many having the same problem, sounds like a Dell 720 printer problem.

Dell 702 printer will not print black text. I have cleaned the printer including the cartridge. Still will not print.

My printer suddenly will not print black-yet paper moves thru as though it were printing. Have changed cartridges and gone thru all troubleshoot helps. No help as yet. WHAT IS PROBLEM?

When I print the text does not print but the isp's[blue] print??

Same exact problem--no black will print.
Test pages are a mess.
Color images are fine.
HELP!!!!

Same problem as above. No black ink comes out and the blue is very faded. Have tried with various new ink cartridges I have bought and I get the same problem. Also tried updating the driver but it does nothing about the problem.
