Fixed this problem by removing the back and side panel and simply clearing a build up of fluff from the channel that feeds the water from the condensor unit to the reservoir. To do this I had to open the plastic unit that houses the pump by simply unclicking the top section and clear this and also clear the entire base section. Dryer now not leaking and drying much quicker.

Hotpoint condensing dryer model TCFS93BGP. cleanfilter/empty water light keeps coming on after 3/4 minutes

Hi, my dryer has 3 things to check out of which one is more hidden:
- empty the water reservoir
- clean filter in the door
- clean condensor which is hidden below the bottom panel which has to be released through a button behind the door

The last one is less obvious and more difficult to find/reach. Might need to consult the manual.

Did you check all 3?

Hope this helps

HOTPOINT AQUARIUS CONDENSER TUMBLE DRYER CTD40

There are three water reservoirs - one at the bottom behind the condenser, a second at the back bottom of the machine and then a third at the top which is the one you would normally pull out to empty.

There is a hole at the bottom of the filter in the first reservoir (at the back of the condenser) which leads to the second reservoir at the back. If the hole gets clogged up with lint/muck then the reservoir at the back does not fill up.

So to solve this, unplug the machine, take out the condenser (front left bottom of the machine) reach through to the back and mop up the spare water with a towel and check that the hole to the back reservoir - you can feel this it is towards the right side at the back of the machine is clear from muck.

Once you have cleared it, water will flow to the second reservoir and then (once you switch on the machine) up to the main removeable reservoir at the top.

Hopefully this helps. GB

Hotpoint Aquarius WD440: IT seem when it supposed to pump the dirty water out,the waters are not coming, but if i take the pump and put down on the floor ,the water are coming out and it run the whole spin...

If you are getting voltagae to the pump and the water is not pumping out then you have a bad pump, just replace it and you have the problem solved, If you do not have voltage then we would have to find out why.

Sounds like water pressure could be low or inlet pipe is kinked.

F04: possible filling or water level problem. Check water inlet pipe (or shut-off valve), or the outlet pipe, or the pump or pump filter if accessible (check for blockages or foreign objects). Also could be the water valve solenoid weak, causing filling to be too slow.

F05: possible draining (pumping off) problem, check the pump filter, or pump, outlet pipe, or U-BEND.
