You very likely have a short in the wire between the fuse and the blower motor. You will also need to determine whether the fuse for the blower motor also powers another item in the truck. A wiring schematic should tell you. (For example: Know that sometimes, if the radio has been changed from the factory model, the newer model/style radio has been known to be added in to another location, such as the heater blower fuse.)
An auto accident can sometimes cause the short, if a wire gets pinched somewhere.
Is it possible, but very difficult, to replace the wire from the fuse to the blower motor, or to run a substitute wire.
Be blessed.

'94 Silverado heat/ac fan not blowing. Hear clicking when selecting l,m, and high but not blowing

94 CHEVY Silverado ????,heat/ac fan not blowing. K1500?????? Hear clicking when selecting l'm, SET high but not blowing! WITH AIR OR NO A/C? FIRST IS FUSES, MAKE SURE THE BLOWER FUSE IS NOT BLOWN.
EASY NO? CHECK ALL FUSES FIRST. ON ALL ELECTRICS FAILING OF ANY KIND.
BAD FUSE, BAD WIRINIG , BAD CONNECTIONS. OR EVEN BAD RELAYS TO THE BLOWER OR BAD SWITCH BLOW.
THE OLD CARS , HAD A SPEED BLOW , RESISTOR BLOCK
THAT FAILS ON ALL SPEEDS BUT HIGH, SO ITS NOT THAT.
OWN A VOLT METER????
HERE IT IS, ANY OF THIS CAN FAIL THIS OLD
WE USES A VOLTMETER TO FIND THE POINT OF FAILURE.
A SHORTED BLOWER MOTOR CAN BLOW LEFT SIDE TOP
FUSABLE LINK.RIGHT FUSE BLOWN MAKES THE CONTROLLER DEAD.

Terracan blowers wont turn off

Ok i could be 1 of 3 things blower relay, blower switch or blower motor resistor.First thing to do is check the blower motor resistor by pulling on and wiggling the pigtail to the resistor with the ignition and fan switches on.Then if there is no bad connection i would replace the relay and if no change afterwards replace the fan switch.

My heater was blowing heat on 4 and 5 and now stopped blowing heat completely, does this sound like I need to replace the resistor card?

sounds like the blower resistor, check to see if you have power to the blower if so then it's the blower motor,if not could be the resistor, fuse, relay,or control switch.

OK. So the blower notor isn't operating. Do you have power to the blower motor? The resistor is new from what I got. If you don't have power to the blower motor, then check the speed control switch and fuses. If you have power at the blower motor, replace the blower motor
