You very likely have a short in the wire between the fuse and the blower motor. You will also need to determine whether the fuse for the blower motor also powers another item in the truck. A wiring schematic should tell you. (For example: Know that sometimes, if the radio has been changed from the factory model, the newer model/style radio has been known to be added in to another location, such as the heater blower fuse.)
An auto accident can sometimes cause the short, if a wire gets pinched somewhere.
Is it possible, but very difficult, to replace the wire from the fuse to the blower motor, or to run a substitute wire.
