Question about Microwave Ovens
Looking at these diagrams.
Part 6 is bulbs
part 7 is holder
part 4 is connector?
Unplug microwave, open it up, use a digital meter or test lamp on the connector and the bulb holders to check that the wires are okey and you get from both contacts.
there certainly are fuses inside the microwave, not very good diagrams available with full wireing info.. I think you will have to open it up and trace the bulb wires back into the source check for fuses on the way, and if you have no electronics experience and you don't have a test light or a multi meter, then i'm not sure if you want to perform this repair, it shouldn't be difficult. Just follow the wires and find the problem.
The problem could be bad bulb, already replaced, not that.
no contact on the bulb holder
no power to bulb holder - in that case follow and test the wireing.
possibly faulty switch.
you can find more diagrams from here
Good luck and be carefull, its not a toy that your repairing and it holds deadly voltages when plugged in some components may hold deadly voltage even when unplugged.
