Question about Samsung DLP HL-P5663W 56" TV
It does not look like a setting problem, but rather like an internal fault.
The clicking sound can be the the protection circuit coming on because a fault had been detected. The unusual fact is having raster under this conditions.
Try resetting the unit by unplugging power cord for one hour on two. This will drain power, getting rid of charges accumulating inside capacitors, and can fix minor problem. It will also reset the TV, eliminating the chance that this is a setting problem.
Try also removing all connection cables, apart aerial.
If TV is getting signal from a receiver box, test it on a DVD unit.
If all this does not help, then the unit is faulty.
If all that does not help, then the unit is faulty. The clicking sound is either the protection circuit trying to kick in to shut down TV, or a faulty audio chipset on digital board.
Being the problem 'raster but no sound' it is unlikely related to the recent color wheel replacement, as problems related to color wheel and optical group cause rather the TV not to come on at all, or video problems.
If the solutions above do not fix the problem, then the best thing to do is calling back factory support calling the number listed on the owner manual.
