    it will be something like this it will be listed under device instant id: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_100E&SUBSYS_01511028&REV_02\4&1C660DD6&0&60F0.

    You can even try to insert the card in the slot and go to device manager and right click on the device (it should be listed under other or unknown device) and under properties go to details in that there will be an entry that's called a device id or a driver ID please post it so that i'll be able to give you the exact model.

    Look at the bottom of the video card and there should me something that looks like a model number on there either on a white sticker or imprinted on the card itself. Let me know anything that you find.

If using windows XP then go to -start -run- and type in "dxdiag", then on the tabs on the top click display and all information will be there.

I'm trying to replace my old ATI/AGP graphics card and install a used ATI/AMD Radeon x800 xL AGP-256mb graphics card into my computer. After installation, the system would not boot up; heard this...

Since that is an older card I will assume that it is previously owned.
Try reinstalling the card and leaving your computer open so you can look in and see the fan on the video card, Use some liquid paper to make a mark on the fan so you can see it, you may need to lay the case on its side. Now plug your computer back in and see if the fan is spinning properly, Also make sure no wires are interfering with it.

If you do not see your graphics driver listed on this ATI link;
http://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894

You'll have no choice but to download from this other site;
http://www.driverfiles.net/Video-Adapters/ATI/3D-Rage-LT-Pro/download/page,sh,1485,254,5,.html

The card is just too old. There are no updated drivers around.
Either of these two cards listed on this link can replace your old AGP 4x card;
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?CatId=879

DF.NET (Above), will charge you a fee to download the drivers you are looking for & there is no promise they will function correctly.

Grafics card driver for google earth

Hello there.

You have not told us which graphics card you own. For ATI/AMD graphics cards or devices you would goto http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

For Nvidia graphics drivers you would need to goto http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

If you aren't sure then post back and tell us which card you own and we will give you the correct drivers.

Hope this helps.

My monitor will only go up to 1280 x 1024

Have you just upgraded the card

What card were you using before?

Did you uninstall that via device manager first before putting in new one? Use drivercleaner pro to remove all traces of old drivers too...free progy :)

If you didnt just upgrade then try starting it in safe mode....press F8 during boot.

Ati radeon 9600 video card

what you have the ATI card hooked up can you see the boot screen? If you can see that you might want to try going into safe mode and making sure your graphics settings aren't set beyond the capability of your monitor. If you can't see the boot screen then your card might be dead.
