Server starts booting and stops. Turns off and re-start again.. WWill not boot but goes on and off...

MRAM seems OK... Presently with 512 MB, will not boot with any combination, does the same
I would welcome a solution..

same problem here, turn on the power, fans spin for about 10-15 sec, then it powers off. it waits about 45 sec, then powers on by itself and repeats the process.

turned out to be a bad processor. put in a different one and it booted right up.

Could be defective memory (RAM).
