Question about LaCie Hard Disk 1TB Desktop with Hi-Speed USB2.0 USB 2.0 Hard Drive
I've got a external hard drive device, you can also connect to your tv, to watch movies, listen to music or look at pictures. (whatever you put on our drive) Yesterday after watching a movie I turned Lacie off, about an hour later I turned her back on to watch something else. It starts up and opens the menu (browser, movie, picture, music, ..) But when I pick one of these, it gives me a blanc screen. Not one folder that's in there is displayed! I decided to plug it into my computer again, but here it won't even show on my computer. It starts up, but no icon appears of Lacie. What do I do now, I've got a hard drive that I cant use.
You could send me it lol :)
When you say it gives you a blank window did you leave it for a while - I have to do that with my 500gb hard drive which has a lot of stuff on it and it takes a while to read what it needs to before it shows the files / folders
maybe a defrag if you can get it back up and running and also try it on a different usb port on the back of the same computer it was working on
