Try reinstall back the windows..

if your laptop has beats hardware, then install the driver from hp.com

look up your model in Support -> Drivers

change the bult-in-keyboard.

right click on your desktop and click personalize
Then click on the screen saver and there you can change the time and length

You may want to take this in for a inspection at your local computer repair place. It could be a integrated video card that is board sealed or the lamp is going out on the monitor there is not much you can do but maybe download the video driver again. You can get the driver at http://www.dell.com then insert your model number and go to drivers at the site then download the video driver and follow the on-screen instructions. I personally would take it in and get it looked at. If under warranty defiantly send it in. Thanks for using FixYa! John
