FIrst thing is to check the dvd disc if any disc incomplete u cannot play the dvd in dvd player. Is there any error message showing on RIcoh camera at the time of burning dvd. Also check with new Disc and check the disc if any scratches. Play good DVD lens cleaner on dvd player. It will clean the lens and playable.
May be incompatiable with your OS or it's broken and update the drivers and OS.
Thanks Good Luck
