It's probably just the belt. If it's an older dryer, it may need to be replaced soon.

My Kenmore 800 series gas dryer makes a very loud screeching sound when I start a drying cycle it can last up to 15 minutes what do I need to do

The loud screeching noise is either the belt pulley or one of the 2 wheels that support the drum. There's quite a bit of disassembly to reach them.

Kenmore series 80 heats and turns fine but stops after 30 minutes or so at any heat setting

Does it restart after it cools down? If so your motor may be overheating and shutting down.

Kenmore 70 series model 110.64742400, dryer quit working, does nothing when you push the start button, what should I do?

Of course you checked the circuit breaker ? If it looks ok than turn it off , then back on.
Odds are if it's not the circuit breaker than the vent may be blocked and the Dryers thermal switch opened

If that's the case then wait about 15 minutes and you should be able to restart it.

If your cloths have been taking an extra long time to dry that could also be a sign of a clogged vent.
You may be amazed at the amount of lint that accumulates in the vent

My kenmore 80 series dryer is making a sweaking noise. is this the bet?

It could be a bad belt, or it could be the rollers that support the back of the drum squeaking. If it is the rollers, they just may need to be lubricated. You can find an exploded view at www.appliancepartspros.com

Kenmore gas dryer. 70 series

sound slike something fell down there and is jamming the blower from turning. if the filter is ontop of the unit, remove the 2 phillips located under where the filter pulls out from. and the n remove all the screws on back panel youll see ( down the left side of unit ) the filter houosing, its secured by 3 5/16 screws toward the bottom portion of the housing, simply unscrerw and wiggle out, then remove the debris, and reassemble.
if the lint screen is located inside behind door, eitehr remove the bottom accesss panel or pop the top(with a screw driver approx 3 inches in from ither side of main top relaes the clips) the lid tips back revealing 2 screws holding front panel to the unit, after removing you will see the filter housing, still mounted by probalby 3-4 screws, remove the housing and retrieve the debris that has fallen down there
