Question about Motorola Mobility PEBL U6 Cellular Phone
My PEBL occasionally has this problem. I've noticed when I turn it off and back on, it usually rings correctly again, at least for several days.
This phone is the first one I've had that was purchased unlocked instead of through the service provider. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. Also, I have Cingular service but accidently bought a T-Mobile PEBL. I also don't know if this has any bearing on this ringing problem. I've noticed some other inconsistent wonky problems.

I wrote one of the above problems but found a solution. I took my phone to someone to fix it and she shut the phone off and took the battery out then turned it back on after she replaced it. she then took the battery out while the phone was on and replaced it again and turned it on. she told me it was called power cycling and that it needs to be done every once in a while. it worked perfectly. Hope this works for you too!

Well look on your settings and set your ringing volume to full . check your phone for any settings that may affect your fone ringing . e.g make sure it isnt on silent , Hope i helped
