While at work with truck shut off and keys out, my parking lights came on and wouldn't shut off. had to pull fuse to prevent battery drain. Now it does it every time I shut truck off. The door chime continues too and now while driving, left turn signal doesn't flash but the right one does?
The parking lights staying on and the left turn signal not working may not be related, the turn signal is probably a burned out bulb, turn on the left signal and see if all the bulbs light up if not replace the burnt one, if they all light, the turn signal flasher may be at fault ( it can work with one side and not the other), as far as the parking lights staying on, check the door "pin" switch that controls the interior lights (are the interior lights staying on too?), since the chimes are staying on even with the keys on , I would suspect the door pin switch, probably the drivers side. I believe there may be a timer on the parking lights that turn them off after several seconds after the door is closed, this may be at fault if not the pin switch. newer cars and trucks also leave the reverse lights on for a while after the door is closed.
Check sometimes is not getting good contact.

I'd get a 12vdc test light if you don't have one already & start from plug, and keep probing back from there. It may be as simple as a bad connection under truck where joined into harness.
SOURCE: Blower won't shut off
You will need a Blower motor resistor and maybe a blower motor resistor connector end. If you look under the dash on the passenger side(may need to remove smooth black cover, vents will be sticking out) you will see a connector going straight up into the blower motor resistor(7 wires/slightly in front of blower motor). Pull out the connector and check for melted terminals/wires. If no melted terminals just replace blower motor resistor with part # 89019088 per GM to revert to part before 04 in order to stop blower motor resistor relay from hanging. I have seen once before that the fuse box was bad on a 2003 Dodge 3500. I had power in and nothing out. We had to replace the box. Not cheap! Hope it is simple like a loose connection though. I think I had to pull the inner fender on the drivers side to access the bottom of the fuse box. Pain in the ****, but...
