Remove the battery from your phone and let it sit for a minute. Replace the battery and turn it on. It should go through the boot process again and see if it works.

Sometimes when I use my parrot ck3100 to make a call you cant hear the phone ringing then the call connects they can hear me but I can't hear them

It sound like your Bluetooth connection is not successful, try deleting the parings and try again. Also try resetting the phone by switching off and on. To reset the Parrot kit you will need to hold down the green and red buttons.

Try to see if you have a connection to a bluetooth, also make sure you arent connected to any other device, especially if you used a cord to retrive photos or d/l ringtones Allows you to set the Bluetooth® power On/Off.
1. Open the flip, then press [MENU] bluetooth menu options, turn on or off
2 try menu settings and tools, call settings,pc connections, usb, no connection

Assuming you have the audio volume turned up, do you have a bluetooth headset? Check the Bluetooth options to make sure there are no associated bluetooth devices (or just turn bluetooth off).

If that still doesn't work, try clicking the trackwheel and seeing if it says "Mute" or "Unmute" respectively.

If you still can't hear the callers voice, you may have a defective earpiece in the phone and it's time for repair. If you don't have a bluetooth headset, you can try to use one of those to hold a conversation. I have my bluetooth headset around my neck at all times, I can't stand talking without it. As an added bonus, people who can't see my earpiece in my ear thinks I'm talking to myself.

Sx66 cant hear people and they cant hear me

i encountered this problem after i started using a bluetooth headset. when the headset is not in use (not turned on, not even with me), sometimes there is no sound from the speaker, and the other party cannot hear me. meanwhile, the call timer is clicking away indicating the call connected. it seemed there was some issue in the bluetooth stack, and the phone thought it should be communicating with the BT device rather than it's onboard speaker/mic. to resolve, i disconnect the call, go to the main screen; in the bottom right corner, use the bluetooth manager icon to turn BT On then Off again. this resets the phone's speaker/mic usage, and calls can be made like normal. i hope this helps you.

I cant hear anything out of my headset

Is the headset paired and connected to your phone? Is bluetooth turned on in your phone? Look for the bluetooth icon on top of your phone's screen. Let me know what model phone you have and I can help you troubleshoot.
