Question about Lexmark T420d Laser Printer
When I print to the T420 it will work fine for a period of time and then all the lights on the panel will begin to flash. The only way to reset the printer to ready after this occurs is to power it down. After restarting the T420 the same scenario will eventually occur.
Secondary error lights - Ready/Data + Error
Tertiary error lights - Toner low + Load / Remove Paper + Press Continue
Any ideas as to what is causing this problem?
Does this occur after while, during or after printing? from what application are you printing? sounds like the print you are sending may be too big for the memory of the printer, or it can not recognize the file type.
