That will put the phone in protect mode, try taking the battery out, but don't turn it off. The company where the phone was purchased should be able to reset the unit so you can put a new lock pattern on it or you might try a different way of locking it. If its asking for a PKU code the company is the only one that can tell you the code or the phones manual that came with it. Each one is different.
