I have compared its instruction manual in English and Japanese versions and found that the language setting part is absent in Japanese version. So that the japanese version will support only japanese.
I have asked the seller in Bic Camera shop (in Japan) and he tried to change the language in the menu, but unfortunately he could't find and change it.
Start Button > settings > Control Panel > Regional and Language > Formats tab, scroll to English (United States) > Location Tab, scroll to United States > Keyboards and Languages Tab, click on change and scroll to English (United States)-US , click on the add button and remove the japanese keyboard...hit apply. Click on Language bar and select hidden. click apply and OK and drop that window. Click on the administrative tab > Click on System Locale and change to English - (United States) Hit apply and ok and your keyboard and language is now American, English

This system has functions like DVD-MP3-FM-AM-SD-HDD. I would love to use this system if the language could be converted in English. pls give me a advaice my mail add firstname.lastname@example.org
You can go to the manufacturers website and look for a BIOS update flash .. but unfortunately since you nor I know Japanese we cannot get into the BIOS to see if it can just be changed there. Most BIOS have language settings but you gotta know the current one in order to switch to another.
The first page of the setup has the date, time, language options so just scroll through the drop down menu. Also go to Panasonic's web site to view the online menu for the BIOS setup and count how far English is from the top of the list so you can just count on the CMOS setup menu!
