Question about Frigidaire FRS26H5AS Side by Side Refrigerator
I have a side by side refrigerator. There is water at the bottom of the freezer. It is thick enough to freeze the bottom with the first pull out storage shelf. I can't figure out where the water is coming from. What should I do?
Hi, You need to get to the defrost drain. Remove the ice (do not use a sharp object)
Once you can get to the rear freezer panel, remove the screws and take the rear panel off. Now you should see the drain pan. Remove the ice (Hair dryer works good) and locate the drain hole. Remove the ice in the drain hole and flush hot water through it. You might need to push a wire through it or you can flush water through it with a baisting seringe. I hope this helps. If I can help further, please let me know.

Sounds like it has a defrost problem. Check for thick frost buildup on the back bottom panel in the freezer first and let me know what you find so I can steer you in the right direction. Also, give me the entire model # from the sticker inside fridge.
