Question about Dryers
Ok, the dryer was running, very well... I opened the door to check the clothes to see if they were dry (not soaked to begin with), closed the door back, turned the nob to start it back up...NOTHING Happened!!! HELP!!! I have a GE DSXR453EA1WW model electric dryer. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!
First of all if you have aa ohm meter you may want to cheak your double 30 amp house breaker. If not that you may have a faulty door switch and stuck on close postion. If not your switch there is a fuse located on the heater housing behind the drum it is a small thermostat with 2 small brwon wires going to it.That may be shot.Try to bypass it and run dryer.Be carfull hope that helped any more to know on how to do these steps let me know hope i helped:)
