no the rack did not shrink the walls have bowed the oven cavity can be replaced

You said, Your Jen-Air stove's oven racks keep falling after the heats been on. This is scary and unsafe. Your gas range is only 2 years old.

This may be caused by the racks being left inside the range when using the self cleaning system. Which can cause the racks to become warped and or discolored.
If they are warped they may not sit even in the oven while baking and also move or change their shape
form the heat every time you use the warped racks in the oven.

If you leave the oven light on before you start the oven and watch the racks as they warm up with weight on them you will see if this is the case.
Then you will want to replace them.

I have the same problem with a Kenmore oven. Looks like the oven walls have bent outward.

My daughter had the same problem, missing an oven rack. You can find replacements at appliancepartspros.com for about $40.00! Highly recommend this website, they have very reasonable prices and carry some hard to find parts too. I have bought a few items from them in the past.
