There is nothing positive about this. You can try to load windows in "safe-mode" by holding the f8 key when you start windows. Then you can try to do a system "restore" to a date BEFORE this happened. If that doesn't work you will need to load a new operating system on your laptop.
can you go to bios? load default setings in bios, or optimized settings, then try... when something like that happens i usully pull out batery on mother board, than wait about few seconds and pul it back in... bu that is to much work. try above,, and let me know
I suggest you check the settings of your bios. Normally this happens if your Hard drive is unreadable. Change the settings of the boot function to first boot on Hard disk and try to disable all other bootable hardwares like CD or network card.
