My samsung tocco is blocked how do i unblock it i took it too a shop and they said tmobile have blocked it i brought his off a friend last week and im worried it mite be stolen

1. Select the last menu which takes you to where your pages are kept
2. Scroll down till u see privacy shortcut and select it
3. Select more settings
4. Select BLOCKING
5. Chose the name to unblock

Try reinstalling Samsung PC studio. It should bring back the original setup if it is been manipulated and should work.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

Go on settings, then application settings -> call -> all calls, then auto reject then all the numbers u have blocked are on there.

Depending on your carrier you can call them up and have it reset.

for the unblock for your sim you will need to contact your mobile service provider anf have them assist you better with this.

Try using 0000 (4 zeros) that's the default password for the phone.

There are no laws that I know of that would make it illegal for you to unlock your phone. I would highly suggest finding a site that uses paypal as a pay source and contact them about unlocking your phone. Should the code not work you can contact paypal for a full refund. Also you can contact T-Mobile and tell them you are leaving the country and you need the unlock code so you can use a local service while traveling in the other country.
