Question about Computers & Internet
I have a Tevion High Speed DVD Maker USB 2.0 and cannot get the audio to transfer. The video is not a problem...only the audio. I am running Windows Vista on my computer. I have search my computer to make sure my speakers and mircophone connections are enabled and have everything connected according to the instruction booklet with the help of Steve at the customer support number provided in the booklet, but still I cannot get audio to transfer. Do I need some sort of adapter to make this work? I have searched online for days now and see that others have this problem as well, but I don't see a clear solution for the problem. Should I try reinstallation? Help...I need to transfer old video and I think this is a good product to use if I can get the sound to work.
Thanks for your assistance.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
