Where do I find the Model # on my Monitor? I wish to sell it on eBay and need to know, for honesty and integrity, the Model No., Spec's for this model, etc. It is black, 15'', Dell, Manuf Date Sept.2002. It works perfectly, I just upgraded to a 22'' screen. I called 'Dell' and spoke with 3 different people that I could not understand and they all wished to sell me something, finally the last one understood what I needed and gave me this model # 1504FP, but I have seen other models that have different numbers that are close in sequence to mine, and also my same 'model number' but with more letters following it. My Dell Monitor swivels and tilts and is on black base, no silver metal, which is what is shown on the Dell website for the Model No. 1504FP. Please Help

Not really in all honesty. When I have had compact cameras with lens faults they nearly always need to be stripped aprt and rebuilt before they will work and thats if nothing has broken. Sadly most of the time it's not cost effective for the repair.
You can either claim on insurance, find a company that will give a repair quote or just sell it on ebay Faulty, somebody might need the parts.
This couldv'e went under here or I have the same problem, unfortunately there aren't dealers selling spare parts unless it's wholesale(in bulk) to another dealer. I know this is going to sound cliche-ish but ebay is the only place where you may get a non working unit that has the part you need for a halfway decent price. Just check with the seller to make sure that the part you need on the unit is working before you purchase.
Sorry, I don't know of any place that sells glass panels for LCD monitors. Nor would I ever wanted to replace one. I have taken them out before. You can always buy a bad one off of ebay and rob the panel from that one, as long as you buy one with a good panel. Or you can sell yours on ebay.
I have this monitor currently and I ordered another one off ebay and I am also in search of another power supply for the one that I purchased. Since I alredy have one I know that the one that works with my current monitor is manufactured by a company in china called Linearty Electronics and this link: http://www.linearity.com.tw/EPmenu_LAD6019.html is to a spread sheet that list the model that was packaged with the 19" Balance Monitor. (or at least the one that came with my monitor). The model # for the power supply is LAD6019AC3 it's 15v DC 4A. The website gives no information about how to order it via them but they have a contact page that gives a sales email addy as well as hr and gen inquiries. I have sent an email today to see if they can direct me in the right direction to get a power supply for this monitor. Hint: If you got to the site you will have to change the language to english on the main page of the site since this company is a chinese company their site will automaticy come up in chinese except for the word english that the top that will convert the site to english. I will post another response if I hear back. I sent the email just a few minutes ago.
