It really depends are what your listening style. If you are looking for load speakers or a lot of clarity, these are not the speakers for you. These sound best at medium volume and music without alot of bass. The size of the speaker cannot reproduce low frequencies very well. Hope this helps.

If you want to use two Kicker Coaxial or Component Speakers on a single channel of your amplifier wire the speakers in series. This will improve the sound quality, lower the total harmonic distortion and lessen the thermal load at the amplifier. This may prevent an amplifier from shutting down, due to over-current protection circuitry.....so definetly on the SUB terminals as this channel provides the better bass response........
i bought two Audiobahn A2300hcx on ebay for a little over 400. look around on ebay you can really score sometime dirt cheap........ Check out audiobahn amps, never did me any wrong...........
common problem of this subs are in the litles cables that goes to the voice coil. few times brock....check those.
another .....if you heard the music too hihg with many bass..and your amp ..i think is big block... may be you blow off!!!!!!!!!
the voice coil and the little wires...im calling trencillas...are the aquiles talon of this L7 and a manny others kickers.
check the ¨TRENCILLAS¨ FIRST.
