I tried to unlock my SGH-A707 phone by this code #7465625*638*59258259* (the unlock code 59258259 was given by the store in California were it was bought) , but what came out is "Phone Freeze SIM Unavailable Please Contact Service Provider". Can you kindly help me unlock my phone. Thank you very much

so let this be an warning for playing with codes when you have no idea what they do...
unlock and repair for 3G phones (A707 A737 A411 etc) is available at www.UnlockSamsungOnline.nl you need the original cable for this...
puk code is only for simcard, this freeze message came from the phone, you typed in 3x a wrong unlockcode and now your phone is freeze because of illegal hacking attemp

Hi, I had the same problem, call 1800SAMSUNG and then go throught their steps to get to the phone help line and then they will ask you to send it in to flash. Its FREE. But shipping costs arouhnd $7.20.

After MUCH research, going to a local unlocker, calling AT&T and reading extensively about this online, I found the best solution:
1. Call Samsung Technical Support for Mobile phones: 888-987-HELP
2. Choose the right tele-prompt options that forward you to a live agent (ie do not choose PIN lock code or PUK code or such as they wont connect you)
3. Explain to the agent you have a "PHONE LOCK" and that no code will work an ATT told you to send it in to be "RE-FLASHED"
4. They take down your info, name address etc. and give you an RMA number. Follow the instructions to the TEE. Send in the phone (without batter and back cover to the address they give you in Plano, TX).
5. MAKE SURE to write the RMA number on the front and back of package.
6. Get your phone back like brand new!

Hi My cell phone Samsung SGH A707 sync is hard locked, its popup with “Phone Freeze, SIM unavailable please contact service provider”. What can I do about it? I have received all kind of unlock codes and it haze cost me nearly more than my cell phone. So if you have a solution for me please let me know.

My SGH-A707 was purchased in the States - at&t network - its network locked, i tried to unlock it using the unlock code #7465625*638*59258259*, however, the phone went in Phone Freeze. In live in the South Pacific, specifically Papua New Guinea and would like to use it here. Can you help me unfreeze the phone and unlock the network so i can use it on our mobile network.
