Question about Ricoh (R) Aficio CL3000 Color Laser Printer
We have an error code on our Ricoh Aficio Cl3000e printer "sc 411". Need help to find out what problem is and fix
SC411: Separation bias error
-Definition- [B] A separation bias leak signal is detected. - Possible causes - · High voltage supply board defective · Poor connection of the PCU · Discharge brush defective You need the service manual or have a technician fix it. Error code sc 547 means "Zero cross signal malfunction". This error appears due to a faulty power supply. This error code may also appear if the input board is defective or the BIC Unit is defective. Turn off the printer and unplug the printer for 30-40 minutes and check if the error still appears. If you see he error still appearing then try and rest it using the following reset method--
To reset the SC code by entering SP5810 and select 1.
Now hold down the photo mode key and the # key at the same time for at least 3 second.
Then turn the machine off and on again.
If the same issue still appears, you'll need to check and replace the Power supply or the Input (IOCC) boardt.
