Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I am an Electronics engineer and trying to fix FW630.
I got the circuit diagram but wish to have servising manual that will provide insight into the working of the circuit. this will help locating the fault.
The problem is that the power supply does not generate voltages. I found that the thermal fuse inside the Transformer is blown and I have short circuited the terminals with external thin wire to test the system. Also the external fuses were also blown out and I shorted them externally. i don't have the right type of fuses at hand. All this is done to test the system. Ultimately they will all be replaced with right components.
On hearing from you I will take up the next aspect in servising.
