Problem for Delta Faucet #RP320 Divert Assembly

I just moved into a new place with Delta shower and tub. However, I have no idea how to divert the water to the showerhead. There is nothing to pull up (which is what i usually see in hotel tubs) to divert water. Is there a button somewhere that I am missing?

Are you sure this is the model number...as the only thing I pull up is for a kitchen faucet...thank you for clarifying.
