Hi Sheadlee, when is the last time that u had service on the unit? Has the condenser been cleaned recently in the last few years? Clogged air flow retards heat removal from the refrigerant, pressures rise and prevent or inhibit latent heat of fusion. If you have an air source. Blowout the condenser. It is the part near the compressor near the fan. It could be hard to get to and you will have to remove the back cover on the bottom to access. Sometimes paper even blocks the condenser to prevent air flow. If that is not it then you could have refrigerant shortage or even weak compressor valves.

As far as the refrigerant,it depends on the age of the refrigerator. Newer models use R-134A, older models use R-12. If it is low on charge then you will most likely need a serviceman to take care of it because the systems are usually sealed and if you don't have gauges and a self tapping valve, forget it. Also the charge is critical so you cannot afford to overcharge it. Did you blowout the condenser with CO2 or just clean the front of the condenser? the dirt gets trapped predominantly between the fins. You will need pressurized air or similar to push dirt out between fins... You could have several problems to this symtom that you explained. Weak compressor valves, low charge, bad evaporator fan. You get me? I will help you eliminate the causes one by one. First make sure that you thoroughly blow out the condenser with compressor vapor. You will see what I mean. Also make sure that the cover is completely on when you are completed and that minimal air is going around the condenser....

Sorry, miss your descript in full. If the fridge is warm then it sounds like the fan is not working in the evaporator section. If could be a door switch or the motor is bad. If a tech just worked on it then the panel was off. Make sure that the fan blades are not obstructed.

Freezer is cold, fridge is warm; replaced main board already

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it to run. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp.
The problem could be the electronic control if you have one or the mechanical linkages.
