The suivel of the second stage eos oceanic does not slacken remains giving turns

I think you mean the adjustment knob, because the swivel should always be able to move, it allows for better hose management. It can be removed but I do not see the swivel on the 2nd stage in that picture
If it is the adjustment knob you will need parts from an oceanic dealer or try scubaboard.com.You might be able to get some grey market stuff It Keep in mind scuba equipment is life support gear and someone could get hurt if it is done wrong

How about going to a Oceanic dealer? Eh? They should be able sell you the parts and install them. Remember, life support equipment should be serviced annually, and said replacements would be part of that service.

Cressi sub ellipse titanium reg is free flowing

Hi. I would suggest having the internal o-rings checked. One of them could be worn, allowing the air to escape. Or put it into your local dive shop for a service.

First and second scuba regulator

The scuba regulator has two parts: a 1st stage and a second stage connected by a hose. The 1st stage connects right to the tank; the 2nd stage is the contraption behind your mouthpiece. Both have an important function in regulating air flow throughout your scuba system.
