Question about HP DeskJet 1220c/ps InkJet Printer
I need help here in the office. Both lights are on and it's like it's in a frozen state. The ink is on the right side and you can't move them or the rollers. Can't print anything.
Hp has an excellent online support site, which will usually offer the best sequence of troubleshooting solutions for your problem, provided you can locate them. Take a look here and here, for a couple of possible options. Also try clearing the print spooler by following these instructions.
If none of that works, try resetting the printer. This can be done by turning it off, disconnecting the electrical and data cables from the printer, wait a minute or so, then restarting it with only the electrical cable connected, then turn off and reconnect the usb or data cable and restart...frequently this will sort it all out...
